Did you know that only 9% of Americans who make New Year’s resolutions complete them?

23% of people quit their resolution by the end of the first week.

And 43% quit by the end of January.

What?!?

Wow.

2: This week, we’ve explored how setting goals can transform our lives.

I’ve shared my proven 7-Step Method to set goals to make 2024 the best year of my life and yours.

So that’s where we start. We set our 5, 7, or 10 goals for the year.

We decide THIS year will be the year of those things.

Setting goals is the critical first step. But just leaving it there clearly doesn’t work.

We need a plan. A process. A system. A way to create and build momentum throughout the year.

3: The good news?

I’ve discovered something that works. That I promise will work for you, too. 

It’s called the Miracle Morning, and it’s what I’ll be writing about all of next week.
