1: At PCI, transparency is the default setting.
We share the prior day’s revenue, contract signings, project starts, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) every day at our daily, all-operations huddle and on our Intranet.
Everyone in the company has access.

We share our Year-to-Date Income Statement at our Quarterly Business Meeting which includes all of our associates.
Each quarter we also present our 10-year vision, 3-year picture, 1-year plan, and our “rocks” or big objectives for the upcoming 3-month period. Everyone knows how we are doing against our goals.
We publish the minutes of our weekly leadership team meetings on our Intranet.
2: This radical transparency was inspired by Google where the assumption is all information is available to all associates unless there is a business reason otherwise.
At many organizations, it’s the reverse: Information is kept confidential unless there is a specific reason to share it.
3: Why share so much information?
The short answer? We believe the more our associates know, the better the decisions they will make.
More next week!

Reflection: What information do we share or not share at my organization? What would be the benefits of sharing more information?
Action: Discuss with my team or with a colleague.
