Expectation is outside in. Intention is inside out.  

2: We understand intention through the lens of purpose. Why is this important? What difference do we make? Who am I here for?

When we ask ourselves these questions (as coaches self-coaching ourselves), we tap into the depth and power of purpose.  

Which activates commitment.

Which is what makes great teams great.  

3: When people are interested, they will do what is convenient.  

But when we start with purpose, we create commitment.  

When people are committed, watch out. They will do whatever it takes.
