Our theme this year at PCI is around building TRUST.
Let’s take a step back and consider… why?
Why trust?
In service of what?
Well, then…
What I’d suggest is…
where there is trust…
where there is high trust…
this is an environment,
this is a culture
where we can do our very best work…
Together.
Where there is trust…
where there is high trust…
we can bring our authentic selves to work each day.
Because when there is trust and respect,
we are motivated…
we are inspired…
to do our very best at work each day.
We can work together.
We can get things done.
Where there is trust…
where there is high trust…
we can celebrate the uniqueness that is inside each of us
not some of us
but ALL of us.
Where there is trust…
where there is high trust…
we can appreciate the differences in…
our perspectives,
our backgrounds,
our ages,
our levels of experience,
our gender,
our sexual orientation,
our race,
the color of our skin
our ethnicity,
our backgrounds.
We are not all the same.
Each of us is perfectly unique.
And special.
And the combination of all these differences makes us so much stronger…
Where there is trust…
where there is high trust…
together we can explore and discover
our purpose
which at PCI is to inspire dreams and transform lives.
Where there is trust…

there is no need to pretend,
no need to cover things up.
We can keep it real!
We can admit mistakes.
Because we know that reflecting on and learning from our mistakes
is how we ALL get better.

new approaches,
new ideas,
new strategies.
Because we know we will win
